1. Introduction phase
An assignment will always start with a face-to-face meeting at no cost to explore and understand your requirements and match these with our service offering.
2. Assessment phase
The next step is a readiness assessment that will allow us to identify success factors, define scope and potential recommendations.
3. Proposal phase
The outcome of the assessment is presented to you in a clear proposal that will outline a high-level assignment evaluation plus a commercial proposal outlining objectives, deliverables, time lines and budgets.
4. Execution phase
All of our assignments are executed in line with a clear & concise project plan and can be delivered in a traditional advisory role - we coach and your team executes - and in an interim-management structure, where we are immersed in your organization & management team to drive execution from within your organization.
